Remote Support allows me to connect to your computer over the Internet, for instance if it’s just a matter of installing an updated driver or another piece of software, this is all possible, it’s just like me sitting in front of your PC.

Benefits:

Although the main benefits is for smaller jobs, if for any reason it’s not convenient for you to have me visit, I can see what i can do by remote support, many things can be done this way (a list will be shown soon) eg: virus scans, software installs, some driver updates, help with applications, some tasks within the PC Optimization heading can also be done.
